Exchange & Refund Policy – Zaib-e-Zar

At Zaib-e-Zar, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we currently offer exchange only.

❌ No refunds

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• Size issue
• Damaged item received
• Incorrect item received

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In its original condition
• With all tags and packaging intact

Exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
